# Disclaimers

The team at SSC are sport-loving fans who want to bring opportunities that are normally out of reach to our community. 

The viability of our vision to offer all-inclusive attendance at major sporting events will be reliant on the success of the mint; if the SSC only completes a 50% sell-out, then the events would need to be commensurate to the amount of capital raised.

The delivery of Phase One and Phase Two utility can be achieved commensurate to the mint. If only 10% of mint is achieved, then those holders would still enjoy competitions amongst a smaller pool of competitors.

Members would need to hold their NFT to be eligible to claim their winnings (where a funded position is taken for a prolonged event).

Members would not be able to on-sell their raffle win; the SSC will re-raffle to ensure a SSC main collection holder benefits. This may be consulted in future, with SSC holding an auction where a member wants to on-sell. 

SSC has formed a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC), registered within the United States.
