# Sportsbook Funding

## Mint Funds

The complete mint proceeds from a Sportsbook collection will be allocated to the prize pool for that specific event (excl. mint fees).

For example, for a collection of 200 NFTs, with a mint cost of 0.25 SOL, the total prize pool would be 50 SOL; therefore, the winner(s) would share in 50 SOL prize money. 

*Note:* depending on mint fees and whether a mint provider is utilized, it can be expected that up to 5% (i.e. 2.5 SOL) would be removed for fees.

## Royalties

There will be more art than science in relation to the royalties, as it will depend on how active the secondary markets are per collection.

Royalties are expected to be allocated as below (in priority order):

1. Top up prize pool to original amount (i.e. back to 50 SOL in the above example)
2. Marketing
3. Increase prize pool
4. Allocate to the Bull Fund
5. Team.
