**Ben Duncanson**

Ben is an Australian Army Officer who has worked at the Executive level for 12 years. He has an accounting background and has controlled resources of up to $3.5m and up to 100 personnel. At present, he works in a position that is similar to a Company Secretary and has a specialist background in accounting, business, and petrochemical engineering. With his background working at the Executive level, he is well-positioned for the CFO and Director of Operations roles and will be an asset in driving the project forward toward our vision.

Jackson works as the lead marketer for a firm in Melbourne, as well as owning and operating his own marketing business; he also dedicates his skills to political campaigns and as a board member at an Australian football club. A super adaptable guy who will bring a lot of knowledge and energy to the project. Jackson fulfils the roles of CMO and community engagement. Given his breadth of knowledge and capacity for work, he too is well-positioned to flourish in his positions.
